SINGAPORE, 25 FEBRUARY, 2011 – After a week following the budget announcement, Yahoo! Search Trends observed the interests and real concerns of the Singaporeans with regards to the budget.
The top trending topics related to the 2011 budget according to Yahoo! Search Trends are the following:
· Singapore Budget 2011 payout: This has been the most searched query relating to the Singapore budget for 2011. According to Yahoo! Search Trends, Singaporeans also searched for payouts for the past two years and this pattern could possibly be observed due to their interest in making meaningful comparisons to payouts. Interestingly, Singaporeans who most searched for payouts were found to be in the category of 35-44 year men and women.
