In the meantime, he is a young Padawan for CNET Asia whilst toying with a myriad of fun stuff disguised as work and pretending to advise companies on tech business and new media strategies. Singapore – 10 May 2010 – HTC today announced a lineup of marketing partnerships with many renowned partners, such as Fox, Jetstar, Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd, Moovemedia, National Heritage Board and Singapore Petroleum Company to promote their newest touchscreen smartphone, the HTC Smart™ - a new type of smartphone that creates a new category of easy-to-use, connected smartphones that are accessible by people all over the world.  The HTC Smart will be available in Singapore by 8 May 2010.

    Co Branding

The co-brand marketing collaborations will see HTC leveraging on the platforms of a wide variety of business partners to extend its brand and reach out to new audiences. The brand, ubiquitous to smartphone users, hope to engage feature phone users to adopt smartphone technology into their daily communication routine – with the HTC Smart being the ideal smartphone for this seamless progression.

According to Mr. Melvin Chua, Country Manager, HTC Singapore, this series of partnerships will be mutually beneficial. He said, “HTC is always focused on bringing value added incentives to its current and new customers. With these collaborations, we can now also bring them opportunities to own the HTC Smart through a series of promotional tie-ups with our new partners and enjoy a brilliant user experience.”
